"My husband and I have known MSCH Construction Ltd for 10 years now as he was also the builder of our  previous house in West Horsley albeit it was a much smaller project. 
In relation to Rivendell, we were in dialogue with MSCH since 2 years ago. Monika is meticulous with her paperwork and administration which means it was relatively transparent from a costing perspective. From a technical perspective, Sebastian enjoys solving difficult issues and together with Monika, are  able to communicate back (i) what the issue is (ii) what our options are (iii) what the cost implications are with each option (iv) timing/ slippages as a result, if any. 
As we do not live on site and work, we rely on emails as a form of communication. Emails from Monika are very often and many! Her emails are to the point and it suited both my husband and I who are also by nature quite organized and exacting. Every two weeks, we have a project meeting on site which can last anything from 1.5 - 3 hours. This is done in an orderly manner with the agenda set by Monika. We found these meetings useful to 
clear any building queries/ concerns. Any under or over runs on costs are also discussed. In relation to their workers, we have sometimes had as many as 17 on site. Everyone is friendly and  hardworking, and they are proud of their work.
